MIGRATION-READY MOCKUPS
COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS AND BRANDING UPDATES

OVERVIEW

This project involved a full upgrade from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9, introducing a component-based template system to improve efficiency and consistency. The migration-generated mockups were adopted by over 15 partners, establishing the project as a successful pilot for scalable design and implementation.

MY ROLE

​

I oversaw planning and coordination, facilitating communication across teams to ensure a cohesive process. My responsibilities included conducting competitive analysis, confirming partner branding requirements, designing high-fidelity web pages, and creating assets for implementation. I worked closely with the development team to complete QA and built new pages directly in Drupal.
